About

Hi, I'm Meredith. I'm so glad you're here.

I offer a safe, supportive space where you can gently explore your feelings, relationships, and life experiences.

Meredith Murdock, M.A., LMFT, relational trauma therapist

I work with individuals and couples in Pasadena and across California through an attachment based, holistic lens that integrates somatic practices and honors the deep connection between mind, body, and energy.

What makes my work unique is the way I blend relational depth with embodied awareness. I don't just focus on what you think. I help you tune into what your body is holding, what your nervous system is communicating, and how your patterns of connection shape your present experiences. Together, we slow down, listen inward, and create meaningful, lasting shifts from the inside out.

Our work unfolds at your pace and on your terms. Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and steady, with space for lightness and laughter alongside the deeper work.

I truly believe that connection breeds resilience. My goal is not only to support your healing, but to help cultivate a greater sense of community, belonging, and joy in your life and in the world around you. I look forward to connecting with you on your journey.

The people I'm here for

The ones who left

You walked away from a high control religion, a rigid political world, or an ideology that told you who to be. Leaving took courage. Now comes the rebuilding, and you don't have to do it alone.

The ones who were betrayed

Discovering a partner's addiction or infidelity can shatter your sense of reality. Your pain is real, your reactions make sense, and healing is possible, whether you stay or go.

The ones carrying old stories

Enmeshed families, childhood neglect, narcissistic relationships. The patterns that helped you survive can be gently unlearned, and your body can learn what safety feels like.
