Accessibility Statement

Everyone deserves access to mental health support, including on this website. Here is how this site works toward that, and how to reach out if something is not working for you.

Our commitment

This website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing responsibility, and the site is reviewed as content and features change.

Accessibility features on this site

  • Text and background colors chosen to meet WCAG AA contrast standards
  • Full keyboard navigation, including a skip to content link and visible focus indicators
  • Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images
  • Clear heading structure and landmark regions for screen readers
  • The consultation scheduler is provided by Calendly, whose embedded booking tool is built to WCAG standards and is fully keyboard navigable; a direct link to the booking page is provided as an alternative
  • Reduced motion support: animations are disabled when your device requests reduced motion
  • Text that can be resized up to 200 percent without loss of content or function
  • No content that flashes, autoplays audio, or imposes time limits

Accommodations in therapy

Accessibility matters beyond the website too. If you need accommodations to participate in therapy, whether related to mobility, hearing, vision, or anything else, please mention it during your free consultation and we will work out what you need together.

Feedback and support

If any part of this website is difficult for you to use, or you need information from it in another format, please reach out through the contact page and it will be addressed promptly. Your feedback genuinely helps make this site better for everyone.
